Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

EPIC does not sell personal information for money. However, under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other US state privacy laws, certain uses of online identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "share." This page lets you opt out of that activity.

How to Opt Out

• Browser signal: enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser or extension. We honor GPC automatically for visitors from US states that recognize it.
• Email request: email privacy@epictrail.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Include the email and any account information you used with us. We will process your request within 15 business days.
• Authorized agent: you may designate an agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof of your written permission and may verify your identity directly.

No Discrimination
