Shipping Policy
Effective June 21, 2026
We ship EPIC Trail and accessories from our US fulfillment center. This policy explains how and when your order arrives.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. International shipping is not yet available.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM CT typically ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays ship the next business day. During launch windows and major sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard (Free over $99): 3–7 business days — $6.95 under $99.
- Expedited: 2–3 business days — $14.95.
- Express: 1–2 business days — $24.95 (order by 1:00 PM CT).
- APO/FPO/DPO: USPS Priority Mail, delivery time varies.
Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier and begin after the package ships, not when the order is placed.
4. Shipping Costs & Sales Tax
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on method and destination. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state/local rates.
5. Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track any order from our order lookup page using your order number and email.
6. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts your package. EPIC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or events outside our control.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with neighbors, building staff, and other household members.
- Look around entrances, mailboxes, and porches.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
If the package still cannot be found, email support@epictrail.com within 14 days of the carrier's "delivered" scan. We will open a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, ship a replacement or issue a refund.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your EPIC Trail arrives damaged, photograph the outer box and the product within 72 hours of delivery and email support@epictrail.com. We will arrange a free replacement.
9. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost or to issue a refund less original shipping.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@epictrail.com within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled, but you may return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. Restricted Items
Lithium-ion batteries inside EPIC Trail comply with US DOT and IATA regulations for ground shipment. Air shipment availability may be limited in some lanes for compliance reasons.
