Returns & Refunds

We want every rider to love EPIC Trail. If you don't, we'll make it right.
1. 30-Day Bring It Home Guarantee
You may return EPIC Trail and accessories purchased on epictrail.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The product must be in resalable condition with all original packaging, mounts, cables, and accessories included.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email returns@epictrail.com from the email used to place the order, or visit our order lookup page.
- Include your order number and the reason for return.
- We will email a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the product in its original box, attach the label, and drop off at any authorized carrier location.
3. Return Shipping
- Returns for defects or damage: free prepaid label.
- Change-of-mind returns: a flat $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns from APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands: please contact us for instructions.
4. Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will email a refund confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
5. Exchanges
To exchange a color or accessory, place a new order for the item you want and return the original under this policy. This is the fastest way to ensure availability.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge within 1 hour of placing it by emailing support@epictrail.com. After that window, the order may already be in fulfillment; please follow the return process above.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items with significant damage, missing parts, or signs of misuse not present at delivery.
8. Warranty Returns
EPIC Trail is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (see our Terms of Service). If your product fails outside the 30-day window but within the warranty period, email support@epictrail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if possible. We will repair or replace the product at no charge or, at our option, refund the purchase price.
9. Products Purchased Elsewhere
For EPIC products purchased from authorized retailers, please follow the return policy of the retailer where you bought the product. Warranty service is still available directly from EPIC.
